Mark your calendars! Join us for our official Grand Opening on Saturday May 25, 2013! We’ve been open for a little while now, but with summer starting and the nice weather finally making its way to Western New York, it’s time to celebrate!

11:00am – Ribbon cutting and blessing of the kegs by local clergy

11 – 12p – The Pipe Major and Drum Sergeant of the Celtic Spirit Pipe Band

3 – 6 Mike Tilton

6 – 9 Ray Wood playing classic favorites

Pacific Mountain Bike giveaway sponsored by Pepsi!  (Don’t be crazy, wear a helmet! Not included…)

We’ll have pizza and drink specials all day, so stop by and help us celebrate our Grand Opening!

Our hours are Tuesday – Thursday 11:00am – 9:00pm

Friday & Saturday 11:00am – 10:00pm

Sunday 12:00pm – 8:00pm.

Our kitchen opens at 11am and closes 1 hour prior to closing each evening.

We have decided to close on Mondays to give our staff a chance to rest.

We will be open Monday, December 24th, Christmas Eve from 11:00am – 5:00pm

Two brothers and their wives. One old cold storage building in a historic town. And a lot of good beer. This pretty much sums up who we are. We work hard to bring you great beer, great food and a great time in our beautiful building located in Wilson, New York. We’re the first brewery in Niagara County to make our beer on site and serve it here too. Cozy up to our bar and check out our brew floor below. We also serve a number of wines from local wineries in the area. So if you’re on the wine trail and want a taste of something different, or you’re traveling the area in search of something to quench your thirst, come visit us! You won’t be sorry!
