SESAME CRUSTED TUNA – Seared rare with pickled vegetables and a WBBC Porter teriyaki sauce. 14
SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP – Piping hot and served with a side of our toasted spent grain baguette. 10

SPENT GRAIN PRETZELS – A house specialty made with the malt (left over barley) that is used in our brewing process. Nothing pairs better with pretzels than another Woodcock beer. 8

FRENCH ONION au GRATIN – Made with Woodcock Porter, beef broth and plenty of onion. The crock is finished with six Italian cheeses and spent grain baguette slices. Caution: HOT! 7

APPLE WALNUT – Fresh apples tossed with goat cheese, candied walnuts, and white balsamic vinaigrette; served over field greens. 10
CAPRESE – An Italian classic. Fresh sliced Roma tomatoes, fresh Boccocini, sliced basil leaves, and finished with a drizzle of 25-year aged balsamic vinegar. 10
ROASTED VEGETABLE – Fresh field greens topped with a mix of fresh oven roasted vegetables and crumbled bleu cheese. Pairs perfect with our house vinaigrette. 10
HOUSE – Fresh field greens topped with tomato, cucumber, onion, and your choice of dressing. 7

WOOD-FIRED SPECIALTY PIZZA
WE FIRE OUR OVENS @ A MERE 700 DEGREES. WE TAKE PRIDE IN OUR SCRATCH COOKING ANDHOMEMADE HAND STRETCHED DOUGH. WE USE FRESH INGREDIENTS AND HAND CUT ALL TOPPINGS.
PIZZAS ARE 13 INCHES AND CUT INTO 8 SLICES.
LOADED POTATO – It had to be done, a twist on a favorite with sliced potatoes, cheddar cheese, bacon and chives on our original crust with blended oil. 17
GREEK – All we can say is this is one heavy pizza! Olive oil, spinach, tomato, red onion, Kalamata olives, Feta cheese, 6 Italian cheeses and pepperoncini. A mouthful, a masterpiece in pizza form. 17
STUFFED PEPPER – A WBBC original with olive oil, 6 Italian cheeses, and slices of our stuffed hot banana peppers. It can be spicy, a must try! 17
ROASTED VEGETABLE – An out of the ordinary culinary delight, with olive oil, 6 Italian cheeses, and roasted vegetables, this specialty pizza is truly unique. 17
BEEF ON WECK – Don’t be fooled by the name, this pizza is a combination of a Buffalo classic and our Signature WBBC style. Roast Beef, horseradish cream sauce, Mozzarella cheese, and weck (that’s Buffalonian for caraway seed and Kosher salt for you out of towners) The Kaiser would be proud. 17
CHEESE & PEPPERONI – This one starts with our premium tomato sauce, then gets a heap of mozzarella cheese and a generous portion of hand cut stick pepperoni (sticks keep the flavor better). 14
WHITE – A white pizza is always a classic and we’re keeping it that way with Sundried Tomato Olive oil, 6 Italian cheeses, White onion, tomato slices, and fresh basil. This pie will have you coming back for more. 14
MARGHERITA – CHOOSE- olive oil or our red sauce. Everybody’s favorite Italian pizza! A pile of 6 Italian cheeses, sliced Tomatoes, fresh basil and garlic. Finished with that second touch of parmesan. Perfection. 14
