DEVILED EGGS OF THE WEEK – Breaded, deep fried, filled with a traditional deviled yolk.

AVOCADO TOAST – Served on freshly baked baguette with seasoned avocado, diced tomatoes, and diced red onion. Add a sunny-side egg on top.

STEAK & EGGS – Hand cut NY Strip Steak grilled to perfection, served with 2 eggs your choice, potato hash, and a homemade cinnamon bun.

HAM STEAK & EGGS – Bone in Ham Steak served with 2 eggs your choice, potato hash, and a homemade cinnamon bun.

BURGER BENEDICT – A fork and knife breakfast. 10 oz Chuck burger Cooked to your liking with Canadian bacon and a poached egg on a buttered brioche roll with the whole thing covered in hollandaise. Served with a side of hash browns.

BREAKFAST QUESADILLA – Scrambled egg ham bacon salsa and cheddar jack cheese in a crispy flour tortilla.

TRADITIONAL FRENCH TOAST – Homemade baguette dipped in a French toast batter. Grilled and served with new York State maple syrup and powdered sugar. Served with a side of fresh fruit.

BISCUITS & SAUSAGE GRAVY – Made in house – Fresh breakfast sausage in a savory gravy served over buttermilk biscuits. Add a poached egg on top.

SPANISH FRITTATA – Wood fired, Cast Iron Baked – Spanish style frittata with egg and cheese mixture. Baked fluffy with potatoes, peppers, and onions. Topped with salsa. Add Bacon, Sausage, or Ham.

CREME BRÛLÉE FRENCH TOAST – Creme brulee French toast casserole. Crispy baked cubes of handcrafted cinnamon bread soaked with a rich sweet creme brulee sauce, served with whipped cream and fresh fruit.

SUNNY SIDE OF PIZZA – Homemade woodfired pizza dough – topped with bacon, ham, cheddar, mozzarella, onions, green peppers, and sunny-side up eggs. Moo
